The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives and plays a key role in ensuring efficient organizational operations. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior leaders, managing complex calendars, coordinating Microsoft Teams meetings, preparing detailed board packets for the Board of Directors, and handling a wide range of general administrative responsibilities.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage confidential information with discretion, and support strategic priorities through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.
