Job Description

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives and plays a key role in ensuring efficient organizational operations. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior leaders, managing complex calendars, coordinating Microsoft Teams meetings, preparing detailed board packets for the Board of Directors, and handling a wide range of general administrative responsibilities.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage confidential information with discretion, and support strategic priorities through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership
  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars, ensuring priorities are aligned and deadlines are met
  • Coordinate and facilitate Microsoft Teams meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation
  • Prepare and organize board packets and other materials for the Board of Directors
  • Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed
  • Serve as a liaison with internal staff and external partners
  • Manage travel arrangements, expense reporting, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Perform general administrative duties to support executive operations
